Do we need speed limits?

A group of students in Georgia (AKA The Five Year Plan) decided to see what happens if everyone on the highway drove at the speed limit (in this case 55mph). The video is a great demonstration of how nuts people can get when they get behind the wheel of their car. Around 3 minutes into the video a van tries to pass the group on the shoulder of the highway and clips a stopped car.
